Venue Security Information

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending ECSA 61, SQUARE Brussels Convention Centre operates its own venue security procedures. 

We kindly ask all delegates to follow these requirements throughout the conference.

  • Security screening will be in place at the venue entrance. This includes bag checks and the use of hand-held metal detectors.
  • Food and drinks purchased outside the venue are not permitted inside the conference centre.
  • Please wear your conference badge at all times while attending the conference. The venue security team may ask anyone without a visible badge to leave the conference areas until valid accreditation can be confirmed.
  • We kindly ask that coats, jackets and other outdoor clothing are left in the cloakroom located next to the registration desk.
