Before travelling to the conference, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 requirements for Spain which Elsevier will be following. The current country guidelines can be found here: https://www.spth.gob.es/ We still request that anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or is under any self-quarantine orders does not attend the conference.

*The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Post Doc’s are not eligible for the student rate. Student registrations must be accompanied by a letter from your head of department, attesting to your student status. Please email the letter to the Project Lead at g.boodell@elsevier.com (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).
If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference (oral or poster), there is an additional registration fee of €50 per additional paper. Please select the additional item during the registration process and indicate all your abstract reference numbers when prompted. Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.
- The registration fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
- Conference materials including programme and access to the online abstract system
- Welcome drinks reception
- Morning and afternoon refreshments, as scheduled in the conference programme
- Lunch, as scheduled in the conference programme
Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify us immediately. Provided written notice is received by 25th July 2022, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 8th August 2022, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8th August 2022, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
Should you test positive for Covid-19 or be required to self-isolate, do not attend the conference. Elsevier will refund your registration fee.
